I've purchased 3 beds by this company. It was good for me to get one of each bed style to see which my dog might like -they were all in a great quality , The staff always responds to my emails quickly and they've never given me any wrong information when they talk on the telephone. I often feel when I order things online, when they come in my package is all smashed up , but when they package this one, I have never had that happen. Overall, their customer service is excellent. PATBAW & CO is the best pet bed store. I buy mine there all the time.
